RS Express Parking Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to RS EXPRESS PARKING LTD. By using our services, including online bookings and inquiries, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

Our services are provided with the understanding that you fully accept our terms, including cancellation policies and liabilities. While we offer budget-friendly and premium services, our terms help us maintain competitive prices.

  • RS EXPRESS PARKING LTD reserves the right to update these Terms, but the version that applies to your booking is the one in place at the time of confirmation.

2. Booking & Services

  1. Online bookings are confirmed once you receive a final email confirmation.
  2. Telephone bookings are confirmed when acknowledged by our representative.
  3. All services are subject to availability.
  4. Promotions are also subject to availability.
  5. RS EXPRESS PARKING LTD reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking.
  6. Bookings are non-transferable.
  7. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, contact us immediately to avoid cancellation or no-show fees.
  8. If changes need to be made to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the new arrangements are unsuitable, a full refund will be provided.
  9. Dashcams and trackers may be required to be switched off for security & insurance reasons. If your vehicle has these features, inform us before booking. Failure to do so may result in service refusal or the deactivation of these devices.
  10. RS EXPRESS PARKING LTD operates multiple compounds, and security measures may vary.
  11. Vehicles may be moved between compounds for operational and security reasons, especially during peak periods.
  12. Our parking facilities are secure, featuring CCTV, fencing, and on-site security guards. However, we do not provide additional insurance. Ensure your personal insurance covers all risks.
  13. Long-wheelbase vans are not accepted.
  14. Bring a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation when dropping off your vehicle.

3. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are in Euro (€) and apply to pre-booked services only.
  2. A non-refundable booking fee applies to all reservations.
  3. Payments must be made via debit/credit card or Stripe at the time of booking.
  4. If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

4. Amendments & Cancellations

  1. All amendments or cancellation requests must be made in writing via email at support@rsexpressparking.com or by calling our customer support number.
  2. Bookings with Cancellation Cover can be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled drop-off. You will receive a refund minus the admin/booking fee and any additional services purchased.
  3. Bookings made within 72 hours of the drop-off date are non-refundable.
  4. Cancellation Cover does not apply to bookings made within 72 hours of the drop-off date.
  5. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before drop-off will be charged a €15 administration fee.
  6. Changes to the pick-up date after drop-off must be arranged directly with RS EXPRESS PARKING LTD.
  7. If you shorten your parking period after the service has started, you will not receive a refund for unused days.
  8. Non-refundable bookings (e.g., Saver or non-flexible parking options) cannot be canceled or amended.
  9. Cancellations and amendments can only be processed during office hours (Mon-Fri 09:00–17:00).
  10. Once a cancellation or amendment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
  11. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at booking.
  12. For cancellation purposes, the service is considered to begin at midnight on the day prior to the booked drop-off date.

5. Liabilities & Other Terms

  1. Our insurance covers legal liabilities only.
  2. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk while parked.
  3. Customers confirm that they own the vehicle or have full authorization to use it.
  4. Damage claims must be reported immediately upon vehicle collection. Claims will not be accepted once the vehicle has left our premises.
  5. We are not responsible for any mechanical, structural, or electrical failures, including issues with:
    • Windscreens
    • Alarms & immobilizers
    • Batteries
    • Tires & wheels
  6. RS EXPRESS PARKING LTD is not liable for any loss or damage unless directly caused by negligence or breach of duty by our employees. If a damage claim is approved, the maximum compensation is €150 per claim.
  7. RS EXPRESS PARKING LTD is not liable for damages caused by:
    • Acts of God (e.g., extreme weather)
    • War, riots, terrorism
    • Flooding or natural disasters
  8. Your vehicle must display a valid tax disc and comply with Road Traffic Act regulations. Any fines or liabilities due to non-compliance are the owner’s responsibility. RS EXPRESS PARKING LTD reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle does not meet legal requirements.
  9. We do not accept liability for faulty:
    • Car keys or alarm fobs
    • House keys or other valuables left in the vehicle
      Ensure you leave the correct keys and instructions to start your vehicle.
  10. Customers must carry a spare vehicle key where possible.
  11. If any provision in these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining Terms will still apply.
  12. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
